Join Our Team as a Part Time Dietary Aid at Elm Crest Manor!

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Elm Crest Manor is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Dietary Aid. In this role, you will work closely with our residents to provide nutritious and delicious meals while fostering a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following dietary guidelines and ensuring residents' individual dietary needs are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, answering questions and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to food safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and dietary team members to ensure a smooth and efficient meal service process
  • Participate in resident activities and engagement opportunities to promote socialization and overall well-being
  • Other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a dietary or food service setting preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for providing care and support to senior adults
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
