Elm Crest Manor is looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN, Director of Nursing, to lead and oversee the nursing department, ensure high quality patient care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations all while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster professional development.
Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care services.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Monitor patient care quality and respond to feedback and concerns.
Manage nursing budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
Requirements
2-3 years of Nurse Management experience in a post-acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital preferred.
Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota.
Significant experience in a nursing leadership role.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage budgets and staff resources effectively.
Commitment to continuous improvement and nursing education.
