Certified Nurses Assistant - FT or PT at Elm Crest Manor

Job Overview: Elm Crest Manor in New Salem, ND is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurses Assistants to join our team. As a CNA at Elm Crest Manor, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
• Assist with mobility and positioning of residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nurses Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required

Shift: Full-time or Part-time positions available
